Terms

These terms cover playing ZeroFront and buying coins. By playing or buying you agree to them. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to them for you, and should make any purchase.

Playing

  • ZeroFront is free to play in a web browser. Every weapon, map and mode is free.
  • Play fair: no cheats, bots, exploits or modified clients, no harassment, hate or threats in names, chat or voice. We may mute, remove or ban players who break these rules, and remove what they earned by breaking them.
  • We may change, rebalance or stop any part of the game. We will try to give notice of big changes.

Coins

  • Coins are earned by playing (matches, missions, the daily login) and can also be bought in packs. They unlock operators and camos. They never buy an advantage in a fight that a player could not also earn.
  • Coins are a licence to use content in the game, not money or property: they have no cash value, cannot be sold, transferred between accounts, exchanged for money or anything outside the game, and are not interest-bearing.
  • Bought coins go to the account you were signed in to when you bought them. Keep your account's password safe: we cannot restore coins spent by someone using it.

Buying coins

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. The price of each pack, with any tax, is shown before you pay; Paddle's buyer terms apply to the payment.

The packs on sale:

  • HANDFUL: 500 coins
  • POUCH: 1,100 coins (10% bonus)
  • CHEST: 2,400 coins (20% bonus)
  • VAULT: 6,500 coins (30% bonus)

Coins are added to your account as soon as Paddle confirms the payment, usually within seconds.

Refunds

  • You can ask for a full refund of a coin pack within 14 days of buying it, as long as you have not spent any of the coins it added. Ask Paddle from the link in your receipt, or contact the ZeroFront team.
  • Coins are delivered at once. Once you spend coins from a pack, you agree that the content you unlocked has been supplied, and that pack can no longer be refunded, except where the law gives you a right to one.
  • If you never received the coins you paid for, contact us with your Paddle receipt and we will add them or refund you.
  • A refunded or charged-back purchase removes its coins, and what they unlocked if needed.

Liability

The game is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it running, but it may sometimes be unavailable, and we are not liable for losses that come from that, except where the law says we are. Nothing here takes away rights you have as a consumer.
